Sign in to Pullim OS and check the home screen. Make sure you are signed in with the account you intend to use.
Open OS →From the home screen, open the user menu and select 구매 (Purchase). Review the products shown to your account. If the menu or products are unavailable, contact support to check access.
Contact support →Compare the services and limits included. Read the monthly price, VAT-included amount and auto-renewal notice before proceeding with card registration or a purchase. Check the final terms on the purchase screen.
Compare product options →Open 플랜 (Plan) from the user menu to check current access and each service’s access period. For a support coupon, follow the coupon entry instructions and check its eligible products, duration and access scope.
Open OS →After checking access in Plan, return to the home screen and open a service. If it is unavailable, read the service notice or contact support.
